Hi Marc! For me, the big org charts have helped me remind me that I really have everything I need in my head. So when I get lost on an evidence essay question, I can take a deep breath and remind myself that there are really only five things I need to consider: the form of a question, relevance, presentation, hearsay, and privilege. Approaching these things in this order will keep an answer to the organized essay. As for the task of memorizing the details at each step, I would say yes, graphs can be useful for that as well. I had them hang on the walls of my apartment so I could, for example, go through the list of objections in my head and then look at the table to check if I remembered them all. But memory cards (paper or electronic) are also useful for memorization, and repetition works wonders. Good luck! That would be fun, and it seems that an organizational chart would be useful. Maybe one day I`ll assemble one. What I found really useful was the California Bar Exam Care Package: gumroad.com/l/baroutlines. Mr. Conley, thank you very much for your promptness. The book is essentially a commercial enterprise because we receive royalties on sales. It is designed as a textbook in fire science courses as well as a reference for student staff for advertising exams. We would probably only make changes in presentation, from color to black and white, because publishers absolutely do not support color illustrations. We will be happy to credit you and make sure you receive a copy of the book once completed. We try to appeal to an audience across the country who are already first responders and 1) want to improve their status as company officers (captain, lieutenant, etc.), 2) increase their ability to testify competently and truthfully with minimal stress. I know from my personal experience of court testimony and investigative processes that it is difficult if you are not familiar with the process. There is also testifying in civil cases, such as illegal dismissal actions of the training part of the profession. Feel free to let me know if it is acceptable for us to use the outline, we will be happy to provide you with a copy of the book and credit you and your works.
