The Mountain States Legal Foundation is the leading legal foundation dedicated to restoring the founding principles of the United States of America. Each year, MSLF is audited by an independent accounting firm familiar with non-profit financial methods. We offer the latest audit below, and previous audits are available upon request. Our current chartered accountant, Kundinger, Corder & Montoya, P.C., is a Denver-based firm with over 30 years of exclusive experience working with non-profit organizations. MSLF`s challenges date back to a few years ago, with the departure of our former long-time president, a change in leadership, significant board turnover and personnel changes, all related to the COVID-19 pandemic. With the leadership of the new President and a Board of Directors with the sole purpose of growing the foundation and expanding its reach, MSLF was able to keep its revenues stable in 2020 while increasing staff and expenses, increasing the number of cases and preserving MSLF`s net assets. This success will continue in 2021.
