The The aim of the Adivasidom Workshop is to know, understand and share the Adivasi philosophy and aesthetics with the community, especially with the youth and the new generation. It is envisaged as a three to five day residential sharing-learning workshop in which both participants and community mentors will share their knowledge and experiences with each other in the presence of community and nature. The main aspects of the Adivasidom Workshop are – what is Adivasi way of life and how does it see itself as well as all the elements of creation, how it deals with them, how does it interpret mutual relationships and coexistence.
आदिवासियत कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य आदिवासी दर्शन और सौंदर्यबोध यानी आदिवासियत को जानने, समझने और समुदाय के साथ, विशेषकर युवाओं और नई पीढ़ी के साथ साझा करना है। इसकी परिकल्पना तीन से पांच दिवसीय आवासीय शिक्षण-प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला के रूप में की गई है जिसमें प्रतिभागी और प्रशिक्षक दोनों ही समुदाय और प्रकृति के सान्निध्य में एक-दूसरे से अपने ज्ञान और अनुभवों को साझा करेंगे। आदिवासियत कार्यशाला के मुख्य पहलु हैं – आदिवासी जीवन क्या है और यह खुद के साथ-साथ सृष्टि के तमाम तत्वों को किस रूप में देखता है, उनके साथ किस तरह से व्यवहार करता है, आपसी संबंधों और सहअस्तित्व को किस तरह से व्याख्यायित करता है।
REGISTRATION (Closed)
The four-day (7th to 10th September 2021) Adivasidom Workshop, Doda (J&K) has been envisaged with only 20 participants in mind. Participants will be selected based on their applications and a questionnaire. Any Indian Adivasi can apply to join the workshop. Applications will be accepted online till 12 midnight of 10 August 2021. Applications received after this stipulated time limit will not be considered. The application fee is ₹ 100 only which is non-refundable.
Eligibility of applicants:
- The age of the applicant should not be less than 18 and not more than 50.
- Only Indian Adivasis can apply.
- Applications from non-Indian Adivasis and non-Adivasis (foreigners or Indians) will not be accepted.
Application procedure:
STEP-1: Submit the online registration form along with the application fee of ₹100/- by 12 PM on 10th August 2021. (Without application fee Registration form will not be accepted)
Step-2: The list of selected candidate applicants on the basis of registration form will be released on the evening of 11 August 2021. View the list here.
STEP-3: A questionnaire will be sent to the applicants selected for the workshop, whose response is to be submitted by August 15, 2021.
Step-4: The final list of selected applicants will be released on this website and Facebook page on 16th August 2021 and will also be informed by email.
Step-5: Selected applicants will have to deposit the prescribed workshop fee by 11 pm on 20 August 2021.
Step-6: Applicants who do not answer the questionnaire and deposit the workshop fee will automatically be debarred from becoming a workshop participant.
Step-7: It will be mandatory for the selected participants to submit their travel details to and from Doda (J&K) by 25 August 2021.
Step-8: Selected participants will report to the Workshop Coordinator at Doda (J&K) by 6 PM on 6th September 2021.
Please Note :
- Participant fee is ₹ 4000. Includes the cost of lodging, fooding and traveling during the workshop.
- Travel expenses to reach Doda (Jammu-Kashmir) are to be borne by the selected participants themselves.
- It will be mandatory for the selected participants to provide complete details of their Doda (Jammu-Kashmir) travel details by August 25 keeping in view the dates of the workshop.
- Incomplete and unpaid applications will automatically cancelled.
Travel Information
Doda is well connected by Rail, Road and Air.
By Rail: The nearest railway station to Doda is Udhampur.
- There are many trains from Delhi in the evening which reach Udhampur by 8 am after overnight journey.
- The starting point of the workshop at Doda is about 125 km from Udhampur which will take about 6 hours to reach by Bus/Jeep.
By Air: The nearest airport to Doda is Jammu.
- There are 3 flights from Delhi to Jammu in the morning which reach Jammu by 10 am.
- It will take about 9 hours to reach the Doda workshop site from Jammu by Bus/Jeep.
Tip: It is better to take a train from Delhi to Udhampur so that Doda reaches the workshop site by the evening of 6th September. It will be difficult to reach Doda on the same day by taking a flight of 6th September.
Cancellation Policy :
- Workshop fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the amount in case the workshop is postponed due to contingency provisions related to COVID-19 or any other reason.
- If the participants cancel their participation within the first 7 days of the start of the workshop, they will be entitled to a refund of only 50% of the deposited workshop fee.

रजिस्ट्रेशन (Closed)
आदिवासियत कार्यशाला डोडा (जम्मू-कश्मीर) की परिकल्पना सिर्फ 20 प्रतिभागियों को ध्यान में रख कर की गई है। प्रतिभागियों का चुनाव उनके आवेदनों और एक प्रश्नावली के आधार पर किया जाएगा। कार्यशाला में शामिल होने के लिए कोई भी भारतीय आदिवासी आवेदन कर सकता है। आवेदन 10 अगस्त 2021 की रात 11 बजे तक ऑनलाइन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। इस निर्धारित समय सीमा के बाद प्राप्त होने वाले आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। आवेदन शुल्क मात्र ₹100 है जो रिफंडेबल नहीं है।
योग्यता :
- आवेदक की उम्र 18 से कम और 50 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- सिर्फ भारतीय आदिवासी ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- गैर-भारतीय आदिवासी और गैर-आदिवासियों (विदेशी अथवा भारतीय) के आवेदन स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया के चरण:
चरण-1: ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन फार्म आवेदन शुल्क ₹100 के साथ 10 अगस्त 2021 की रात 12 बजे तक जमा करें। (आवेदन शुल्क रहित रजिस्ट्रेशन फार्म नहीं स्वीकार किए जाएंगे)
चरण-2: आवेदन/रजिस्ट्रेशन फार्म के आधार पर चयनित उम्मीदवार आवेदकों की सूची 11 अगस्त 2021 की शाम को जारी की जाएगी। सूची यहां देखें।
चरण-3: कार्यशाला के लिए चयनित आवेदकों को एक प्रश्नावली भेजी जाएगी जिसका जवाब उन्हें 15 अगस्त 2021 तक जमा करना होगा।
चरण-4: चयनित आवेदकों की फाइनल सूची 16 अगस्त 2021 को इस वेबसाइट और फेसबुक पेज पर जारी की जाएगी साथ ही उन्हें इसकी सूचना ईमेल द्वारा भी दी जाएगी।
चरण-5: चयनित आवेदकों को निर्धारित कार्यशाला शुल्क 20 अगस्त 2021 की रात 11 बजे तक जमा कर देना होगा.
चरण-6: प्रश्नावली का जवाब और कार्यशाला शुल्क नहीं जमा करने वाले आवेदक स्वतः कार्यशाला प्रतिभागी बनने से वंचित हो जाएंगे।
चरण-7: चयनित प्रतिभागियों को डोडा (जम्मू-कश्मीर) आने-जाने का यात्रा विवरण 25 अगस्त 2021 तक सबमिट कर देना अनिवार्य होगा।
चरण-8: चयनित प्रतिभागी 6 सितंबर 2021 की शाम 6 बजे तक डोडा (जम्मू-कश्मीर) में कार्यशाला कोऑर्डिनेटर को रिपोर्ट करेंगे।
कृपया ध्यान रखें :
- प्रतिभागी शुल्क ₹4000 है जिसमें कार्यशाला के दौरान आवास, भोजन और यात्रा की लागत शामिल है।
- कार्यशाला की तिथियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए चयनित प्रतिभागियों को डोडा (जम्म-कश्मीर) आने-जाने का यात्रा विवरण 25 अगस्त 2021 तक जमा कर देना अनिवार्य है।
- आदिवासियत कार्यशाला की शर्तों और अनुशासन संबंधी नियमों से सहमति जरूरी है।
- आदिवासियत कार्यशाला के दौरान सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित कोविड-19 संबंधी दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- अधूरे और शुल्क रहित आवेदन स्वतः रद्द माने जाएंगे।
यात्रा संबंधी जानकारी
डोडा रेल, सड़क और हवाई मार्गों से जुड़ा है.
रेल मार्ग: डोडा का नजदीकी रेलवे स्टेशन उधमपुर है.
- दिल्ली से शाम में कई ट्रेन हैं जो रातभर की यात्रा के बाद सुबह 8 बजे तक उधमपुर पहुंचा देती है.
- डोडा में कार्यशाला शुरू होने की जगह उधमपुर से करीब 125 किमी है जहां बस/जीप से पहुंचने में लगभग 6 घंटे लगेंगे.
हवाई मार्ग: डोडा का नजदीकी हवाई अड्डा जम्मू है.
- दिल्ली से जम्मू के लिए सुबह में 3 फ्लाईट हैं जो 10 बजे तक जम्मू पहुंचा देती हैं.
- जम्मू से डोडा कार्यशाला स्थल तक बस/जीप से पहुंचने में करीब 9 घंटे लगेंगे.
सुझाव: बेहतर है दिल्ली से उधमपुर के लिए ट्रेन लें ताकि 6 सितंबर की शाम तक डोडा कार्यशाला स्थल पहुंच जाएं. हवाई यात्रा से 6 सितंबर की फ्लाइट लेकर उसी दिन शाम तक डोडा पहुंच पाना मुश्किल होगा.
रद्द करने की नीति :
- कोविड-19 संबंधी आकस्मिक प्रावधानों या अन्यान्य कारणों से कार्यशाला स्थगित होने की स्थिति में 10% राशि काटकर कार्यशाला शुल्क वापस कर दिया जाएगा।
- कार्यशाला शुरू होने के पहले 7 दिनों के भीतर यदि प्रतिभागी अपनी भागीदारी रद्द करते हैं तो वे जमा कार्यशाला शुल्क में से मात्र 50% राशि वापस पाने के हकदार होंगे।
